OUR STORY BEGINS IN KAVALA, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CITIES OF NORTHERN GREECE.

IN 1925, ALEXIOS TSATSOULIS TRANSFORMED HIS LOVE FOR GOOD FOOD INTO A CRAFT.
Inspired by the culinary traditions of his homeland, he began preserving vegetables using traditional mediterranean methods and carefully selected seasonal produce from trusted farmers. What started as a small family workshop soon became known for its authentic taste and exceptional quality. Generations later, the Tsatsoulis family continues this journey – combining heritage, expertise, and modern production to bring Mediterranean flavor to markets around the world.
